Mobile tickets

I know that the Greateranglia phone app offers mobile tickets as long as all of the route starts and finishes in their region.

I am looking for a provider that offers mobile tickets for stations such as Kings X etc. I know the Trainline app does it, but there's booking fees etc.

Are there any alternatives?
