Mobile operative db cargo

Hi all,

I am a new member and I am looking for other people's experience with db cargo talent pool for a mobile operator position. How long have people been in the talent pool before hearing back about a vacancy. I have passed the assessment and interview, I have been in the talent pool for 6 months now and not heard anything.

That's along time, I suppose covid didn't help. I am in the South and West Yorkshire talent pool, it's just a case of checking my emails everyday.

A brief overview of my experience so far:

I applied for an MO position for the North West Hub in December 2021, I was then sent an online test in January and contacted shortly after saying my application was successful and an online interview would follow in February which went really well. I was booked in for a medical in April which again was successful so was contacted in May and give a start date of July.

The contact I had at DB was really helpful and we kept in contact throughout the application.

One word of advice would be to check your junk inbox as I had a couple of important emails land there.
