Mobile Operations Manager interview

Good morning,

I've been invited to attend a 45 minute competency based interview that is safety and technical for the position of MOM.

Does anyone have an insight into what this might entail?

I had an interview/assessment for a relief Moms position several years ago, the first part of the day was group activities followed by an interview, use the STAR technique, they’ll ask you about their Health and safety vision so read up on that! “Everyone home safe everyday” and their “life saving rules” there was also a question regarding degraded activities and diversity and inclusion from what I remember.

In the safety question talk about physiological safety aswell.

I imagine there will be also questions with regard to NTS (non-technical skills) & how you prepare yourself for duties etc.

As well as already mentioned answering questions in the STAR format “Give us an example of a time you had to do X”.

Don't want to be negative, a lot of these roles let's say they know who they want.......even if you perform off the charts.....there is very little chance of getting it......as internals will always get them. But don't let that put you off as you never know......

Any information you can fire across, as I am wanting to go for a mom's job in the future, just trying to gather as much information as possible.
