Why would they offer a refund?
Yes, you will if you choose not to travel, as long as it's a walk-on ticket, as per the rules.Wonder if they would offer a refund if you got a Pendo on the 1651
As for 222s on HST services - what do ya do if one of your HSTs pops, just cancel the train despite there being another available train to cover it?
Wasn't unheard of to seriously ask if Virgin knew what diagrammed traction was!!Exactly - most if not all TOCs will attempt to cover a working with non-diagrammed traction if possible. Anyone who thinks Virgin wouldn't is mistaken. Remember the 2 coach HST which covered a Class 158 diagram as one of the best known examples?

Top train! And S87 for the eurostar syphons a few hours later....Virgin quality!!Especially with the 14.06 off Brum to Bournemouth! Happy memories with that train....
Why?
Don't the Nottingham services have more stops more suitable for Meridians?
I don't understand Stagecoach sometimes.

EMT are not sticking to the diagrams.
11:30 STP-SHF today was a medium distance underfloor engined rattling DMU instead of a HST as booked.
So bear that in mind if booking advance purchase tickets.
The Leeds services should be safe though!
In addition, there will be 5 and 7 coach Meridians mostly on the Sheffield services.
