I have had a good read through forum and have found a huge amount of information on the MMI interview, but can't seem to get a clear answer on whether it is the same 6 questions or if there is a list that they choose them from. Can anybody shed any light on this?

The ones you write your answers to prior to mmi don't change.

However I believe they have a bank of questions. But saying that from what's on here it wouldn't appear it changes too much. Especially if you have seen ones for a specific TOC you are applying for

Iirc they were very similar to the ones listed on here.

Just worded differently, but the main aim of the question remains the same

Is it these ones, or at least similar?

1. Describe a time when you followed rules and procedures
2. Describe a time when you have solved a difficult problem
3. Describe a time when you have been on a training course over 2weeks or greatest achievement
4. Describe a time when you have handled an emergency situation
5. Describe a time when you have worked for long periods of time alone
6. Describe a role you do similar to a train driver?

That's the ones. I should have written down what they asked me!

I remember one sounding considerably different to the one's listed, but the main aim was still similar!

If you can remember how they worded the one that sounded different, I would be forever in your debt!

I'm due my Computer tests and MMI Interview later this week and I am so nervous about the MMI, its been quiet a few years since I last interviewed.

I have found as many possible questions on here as I can and wrote out answers to as many as possible (2 answers where I can) There's a still a couple I'm struggling with, and I'm a bit concerned some of my answers are too similar but we shall see

Just how hard would people say the MMI acctually is? Am I too worried?

I want this so badly!

I wish I knew how hard it was going to be. I guess all we can do is try and prepare as much as possible. Who have you got the MMI with?

What questions have you prepared for?

Without sounding arrogant. The MMI is so much more straight forward than people create in their mind!

You are literally telling a story, which you fully know as it was your story to tell - following the STAR model.

Of course, a strong example always helps, however, being clear & following the star method are the foundations in which to pass

Best of luck

@Digory nexus you?

@sargentsiri Thank you maybe your right.
Do you know wether they will ask for a second answer randomly or will they only ask for a second answer if the first one isn't sufficient enough?
Thanks!

Can you remember much about the questions? How do you think it went? Best of luck for you!

They are on here somewhere. Quite a few people posted them. And from what I've seen they don't change the basis of the questions.

You'll be asked the questions on paper, write a brief fee points in bullet points and be sure you remember what you told them.

It doesn't matter if your answers are similar, mine certainly was. Stay in point, hammer about processes, rules, procedures and try and be quite open / honest with your body language too.

Expect a "to and fro" Style of questioning.

Good luck mate, I passed my computer tests yesterday, waiting on results of MMI I'm 50/50 at this point
Well done mate, hopefully you done enough in the MMI to be invited to DMI. I've got my Vienna tests and hopefully MMI with Nexus on the 28th after having to change from the 14th due to work. How many of you were there? I've been practicing the 3 assessments but really nervous about the ATAVT!

Mate stop overthinking it, a huge part of the role is possessing an ability to remain calm under pressure.
