Hi guys,

One of the questions I believe for the MMI could be about doing a training course for over 2 weeks, would using a fitness course that was two months be a good example? It was 6 days a week for 60 days! I am struggling with an example and this seems like the best option I have but not sure if it’s appropriate? :/

Any help would be much appreciated.

I prepared for mine with examples of first aid course and motorcycle license training. It doesn't really matter what it is, it's about how it shows that you can set your mind to a longer period of work/concentration to reach an end goal. As it happens, this came up in my dmi not mmi.

I wasn’t asked this question, even though there was advice to suggest it was used. I’d imagine it’s one of those that is used sometimes though, so woud have an example at the ready. I was asked this at my DMI though.

Considering the answers to the questions don't specifically have to be work related, I'd say you'll be fine using that as an example. I think it's to gauge whether you complete things that you've signed up to. I may have had that question myself (it was 4 years ago so I can't be sure!). I went on a rehab fitness course after having spinal surgery and that was for 3 weeks. It was something I was offered when I was still in the RAF and it was to help me get back to full fitness in order to carry out my primary duties. Hope this helps.
