Surely, if it displayed on departure boards at Stratford without any notice that it is set down only then no-one could reasonably expect someone to read the timetable?

I've seen that video before. I was OK with it (although did think it was dangerous) until I saw the bit where he brings his head in very late as the train enters a tunnel: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwVgbp_mXYw&t=2m25s

I understand that people enjoy the heads out experience, but this was taking it too far. It would be horrible if the person in the video was killed.
