I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question but I am worried about a Two Together railcard I ordered a few weeks ago. I ordered online and when it still hadn't arrived after a week I arranged for it to be sent again. Another week has passed and still no card. Since ordering the card I have booked tickets on the assumption that I have one so they will be useless if it doesn't come. I have checked that they have the correct address and all my other mail is arriving as normal. Am I just unlucky or is this a regular problem? I still have a few weeks so not sure whether to keep getting it resent until it arrives or to give up and travel to a station to get one there and then.

Sounds very unusual.
Did the confirmation mail give an approximate start date/delivery time (my Senior renewal last month did)
Has payment been taken from your card?
Have you contacted them and what did they say?

In my experience, railcards are posted same day if ordered before 4pm and usually arrive next working day or day after.

The money has come out of my account and on both occasions I have had emails confirming the card is on its way and should arrive within 7 days. I have spoken to customer services who have suggested I either try again or cancel the online request and get one at a station. The other alternative is to pay £6.50 for guaranteed delivery. It just seems a bit odd.

That is odd; both my F&F railcards arrived the day after I ordered them.

If you can cancel the online order, get a refund, and buy one at the station that may be a better option.
