Missing Itinerary

I booked tickets a few weeks ago for a journey from Nuneaton to york using railUK Tickets. I immediately added the tickets to my Google wallet.
The tickets are marked "See Itinerary" for seat reservations. However, when I log into the railUK tickets site, the tickets don't show up in my journeys, although I can see other bookings.
is there a way I can recover the itinerary or seat bookings from the tickets in my wallet?

In Google Wallet your tickets have a second page showing journey details, which should be revealed by tapping on the three dots at the top right.

This is exactly how the itinerary is supposed to be accessed from a Google Wallet pass, indeed.

OP here again. I have scanned the tickets using https://eta.st/tickets/ and this has recovered the seat numbers.

Decoding the barcode payload to get the seats out is certainly a creative approach! You'll be able to get most of them this way but the barcode spec has some limitations with respect to the maximum number of distinct seats that can be encoded so particularly convoluted journeys involving Advance & Connections tickets with many changes may be missing some seats in the barcode.

Anyway, to address the wider point about bookings not showing up in the My Account area - 99% of the time this is because the booking was made logged-out. I've previously written a guide about how to use the automatic functionality that exists to link back up your bookings using your email address, here: https://tickets.railforums.co.uk/associate-bookings-mobile-apps
