In response to the wave of strikes we are coping with, the Tories are trying to push through legislation that requires workers to provide a minimum level of service during industrial action. How is this meant to work? What if nobody turns up to provide that minimum level, who will get the blame/prosecuted? The Unions, or the individual workers? I can't see this being enforceable...
