A little help/confirmation please regarding minimum connection time when the first part of a journey is by tube.
Ticket type: Advance Single.
Origin: ZONE U1234*LONDN
Destination: Norwich.
Reservation: 14:30 Liverpool Street to Norwich.
Intended journey: Gants Hill to Liverpool Street, then onto Norwich.
The minimum connection time shown on BRtimes.com for Liverpool Street is fifteen minutes. I assume this time is valid for both train-train and tube-train connections, rather than just train-train.
Therefore to find a valid itinerary (which offers me protection in the event of a delay to the tube journey), I simply need to find an itinerary on the TfL website which has me arriving at Liverpool Street by 14:15, right?
Using an example travel date of 23rd April, this would mean that taking the Central line at 13:50 from Gants Hill (arriving Liverpool Street at 14:11) would be valid; whereas the 13:55 departure (arriving at 14:16) would not be valid?
