The forum staff team decided in the Autumn that we would not be running any more Mileage competitions after 2022. The primary reason was lack of interest in recent years with very few people actually submitting, or updating their entries.
You can still view Mileage competition league tables dating back to 2017 using the menu at the top of every forum page (under 'Members').

I hadn't done this for a few years, but have the prospect of doing a lot more this year, so have been keeping my own records this year. I'm not particularly interested in a formal competition, but would be happy to share my results on some sort of informal comparison thread as a substitute. I'm probably going to do monthly figures, but Chacun a son vie (as they say in France, albeit properly punctuated and with accent marks
