Milan Sleeper to Paris

Hello

I'm currently in Italy but the local railway station is, well, very local - they sell a ticket that seems to permit travel of 5 kilometres.

I want to get this Friday's Sleeper train from Milan to Paris. I can see it on the Deusche Bahn site but not on either the Tren Italia or SNCF sites.

Has anyone got any ideas how I might obtain a ticket?

I can buy an E ticket Online at www.thello.com - sorted
