Urgent Appeal!
Due to circumstances beyond the control of the railway, some of our historic items are at immediate risk from flooding. The team are working hard to protect what we can but we have an urgent requirement for large water pumps (2” - 3” plus / 4-5m head), suction and delivery hoses to suit (100m length), plant equipment capable of ditch digging in poor ground conditions (to a depth of 4-5 metres), and land drainage equipment/hardware.
