This is a very straightforward question for someone who knows, but I was wondering - is a revenue protection MG11 the same form as a police MG11 (statement form)? No real reason for asking, but I was idly wondering as I've never actually come across one before!

Thanks

The actual form likely has some differences, but the purpose is the same.

An MG11 is one of many Magistrates Guidance (MG) forms used in the judicial system. MG11 is the form used to provide a witnesses account of events refered to as a statement. The same form is used for all witnesses to the event, whether they are a police officer, RPI or victim of crime.
