Mexican Dome Cars?

Hi everyone, I am interested in knowing if any of us has been south of the border lately? I am interested in finding a picture of the supposed maxi dome cars built in Mexico in 2003? The 4 cars were supposed to be constructed on 4 different types of baggage cars all being former US RR cars. Two cars were bound for Cuba, and two for use in Mexico is what I have been told. No one seems to have any good photos other than this one of the construction? http://www.trainweb.org/railnewspb/MEX/ I would be interested to see if these cars look anything like the Colorado built cars in Alaska?
