Does anyone know whether it was delivered as 25012 or as 23012, and if the latter, when it was fitted with de-icing equipment?

It was delivered as 25012, an M2D.

Trains 1 to 29 are deicing trains, with 1x M2D, (even numbers from 25002to 25056) and 1x M2 (odd numbers from 23001 to 23055)

30 to 59 are non-deicing with 2x M2s (23057 to 23116)
