Methods of Route Learning

I'm curious as everyone I speak to has a different way of doing this!

How do you route learn? This might help others joining the industry, or just those on the outside seeing the pain/joy of route learning!

Personally, I go in for speeds and junction 'wrong routes' first and try to layer everything else on top of that!
