Mersyrail - Liverpool Central

Does anyone know if Liverpool Central station is now open again?

I've been on the Merseyrail website and it says it is due to open on 22nd Oct but does not say if the work has been completed on time.

I believe it is. I haven't seen it myself, but the general consensus seems to be that the concourse and Wirral Line platforms are good, the Northern ones less so.

Wirral line services were running again from Central in September but when they re-started them they started refurbishment work at James Street which means trains heading towards Lime Street do not stop at James Street but ones heading towards the Wirral do.
