I cooked a boneless turkey joint, a load of roast spuds ( which all came out lovely and crunchy without being burned ), peas, carrots, stuffing...

Sorry for posting so late! Hope everybody had a good day. Thoughts are with those without power and/or without their home because of the terrible weather. Stay safe everybody; there's more heavy rain to come by the looks of it. That said, the weather was fine (even being clear most of the time) here until the evening and it's been raining on and off since (with some hail as well!).
I had a great day and particularly enjoyed the "turducken" we had!
Just finished the starter which I made yesterday; smoked salmon with soft cheese and chive mousse. Full up already![]()
I don't think I have ever eaten so much in a single 24 hour period before. I can barely move![]()
