members vs guests

It always atonishes me the ratio of members to guests viewing this forum at any one time.

So what finally provoked you to setting up an username (sorry this username has already been taken) and activating an account?!

Its so much easier when just browsing and reading not to log in. I only log in when wanting to see a picture or make a post.

Also, it may be that some members deliberately do just that so their presence cannot be seen by other members.

Did you know that you can browse anonymously? Just go to your User CP, click on "Edit Options" on the right hand side and turn on "Invisible Mode". The staff will probably be able to see you, but everyone else won't.

I can understand anyone who is using a work computer browsing as a guest.

With the proliferation of mobile devices it doesn't surprise me that there are a large number of guests viewing the site. It's easier to read than to write on mobile!

I can't remember why I created my account

edit: Just looked at my join date, can't believe it's been over 5 years
