Melksham line service improvements

So I get the general gist from the internet grapevines that FGW are planning on upgrading the Melksham line from 2tpd to 1tp2h (which will require at least one extra unit), but I can't find anything concrete on it here, on their website, with Network Rail, the DfT or ORR. The best I can find is a sketchy provisional timetable for Swindon to Salisbury here.

So, any proper information on this out there? Start date? Sample timetable? What stock (guessing 150 or 153)? Etc.?
