Hello!
On the website, they were advertising that THEY ran the shuttle services out of London. I know they have scaled back so I was wondering how did they do it?…..

They are running coaches to the MotoGP this weekend, they run from London Victoria to Silverstone. You can see more information at this link.

3rd party contractors as they had been moving towards before the closed down the English operations, just like National Express or Flixbus work.
