Megabus lost property

Having left a bag on Megabus and doing everything to get it back (with no luck) I just wondered if anyone has successfully retrieved lost luggage from Megabus (and whether you have any tips). We've filled in forms, contacted customer service, emailed the CEO but the bag (large) has completely disappeared. Thanks!

You don't actually say if you've had any response from any of these contacts or not.

There are at least 3 main Megabus depots. On top of that there are tones of contractors.

It would possibly help if you could provide details of the journey you made - start point, end point, time of day etc. Someone here will likely know which operator provided the coach for that journey and where it will probably have ended up that day.

thank you and sorry for my very late reply. it was Birmingham to Southampton Dec 15 - arriving Southampton at 2 pm and then terminating in Portsmouth. It was actually my son and he has had no luck but is trying to make a claim.
