Hi everyone

I know there have been similar threads on here in the past but I'm still a little unclear..

I'm going for the job of signaller but I'm a little worried about the medical..

I've been taking the anti depressant sertraline for the last couple of years.. 50mg..

I'm of course going to declare it, I'm just worried that it might scupper my chances..

Is there anyone who has been through the same and can tell me if they got through the medical?

Thanks very much

Paul

Wouldn't have thought it a problem if its a low dose. How many do you take in a day?

Does it make you drowsy at all?

It isn't about being drowsy. Anti-depressants have various side effects.

Declare it and then speak to Occupational health. They will discuss options.
