Hello.

I am just wondering if the xx00 and xx27 MCV - LDS Services have any specific allocation?

Quite a long journey on a Northern service, so i'm just interested in what I can expect.

Cheers guys.

I have seen/rode everything but a 156 on it in recent months. Your most likely looking at a 155/144 in my experience. But thats just been the times ive caught it i dont know specifically.

xx:00 is usually always a 144, early morning/late night ones will probably have better units on like 158's, although anything could be on it. The xx:27 means you will have to change at Huddersfield, so expect a 142/150/156 on the mcv - huddersfield service, then the connection will be a Class 185.

Hope that helps!

xx:48 MCV - Selby via Leeds tends to be a 155 quite often, your best bet if you want a 155. Try any of the faster services to leeds i.e. ones which go via Bradford. But again, anything can turn up on it so it really is pot luck.
