Unless they have got more, all are out on bustimes.org apart from 2906.

The 6 new Yutong E12s are expected to enter service next week on route 1 between Dunipace and Maddiston.

Given the fact it’s the only one that has been off for a prolonged period. It’s that or nothing.
Interestingly as well, as of today two B9's have been spotted outside of Livingston. One in Greenock and one in Johnstone. I can only imagine this is 2906 and the other one being 2905 which doesn't seem to be out today. If this is true then one can't be in Big bus livery as both are reported to still be orange

2906 is the first bus to receive the BigBus livery, and should be out in service over the next few days. There are several others away for repaint at various other locations.

Fair enough. Just thought I'd make sure cause from looking at the trackers it would appear only 2905 and 2906 are the only two not in service today. Thanks for confirming

According to the website, from 26th May Midland Blubird will operate the F1 service (Maddiston - Linlithgow) and 1 early morning Forth Valley Hospital - Dollar and 1 evening Dollar - Forth Valley Hospital journey numbered H3

*Screenshots only show part of the F1 Timetable and the evening H3 journey.

That is correct. They have been awarded the contract for the F1 from Falkirk Council, which is currently operated by Prentice Westwood. On the debit side, the C30 Stirling local service tender will return to Hunter’s Coaches again from mid May.

The H3 is effectively the dead trips now registered.

About 1135 today I spotted an electric McGills single decker travelling from Camelon towards the Larbert depot. Think it was running empty as didn't spot a route number.

Wonder if the F1 will go back to being interworked with the existing 1 vehicles and allow for a through service rather than having to change at Maddiston.

What is the reason for the F29 Falkirk to Bathgate to not operate all day? I think it used to.

F1 should just be merged back into the regular 1 for a better through service. People want to be able to travel from Whitecross to Falkirk, but a change of bus with an often tight or unreliable connection can be enough to put people off and either back into their cars or find other ways.

If they can’t be merged, it would be good to at least try to improve connections at either end with the 1 and X38. I’ve often wondered if running the F1 through to Edinburgh as an extra X38 every hour would be worthwhile.

It would make more sense to merge the F1 with the 1 again as the bus has to run from Larbert depot anyway, it was only split in the first because First where making cuts and tried to cut the service before Falkirk council stepped in with the F1.

I spotted 5090/SG25JJY(?) on Upper Newmarket Street on Friday aswell on driver training duties, then another one near St. Mungos HS about 20 minutes later (presumably the same bus?).

With the 1 about to be operated by new Yutong E12s, there is very little likelihood of such an expensive asset being used on a tendered route like the F1 where a 16 seat minibus is overkill!

I’m assuming 0111 will be repurposed for the F1 given the loss of the C30?

Are both Bright Bus Tours being converted to Big Bus Tours, or is this going to be an extra option in running in Edinburgh?
