Hello ,

This is only to confirm I am grateful for how helpful is this forum.

Long story short~I’ve been reading through suggestions and advices received as I have received a letter from GWR and managed to reply based on your advice .

The case was closed and I had to pay a small amount - out of court settlement.

My advice :Don’t get too stressed once you are under the loop and have your lesson learnt
