Mark 2d TSOT no. 6606 identity?

Can someone help me with the previous identity of 6606 please?
1981 RCTS coaching stock book has it as TSO 5649. It appears to have been withdrawn earlier than the other Mark 2D TSO(T)s as it is not listed in the 1989 Combined Volume.

Yes it was involved in a derailment in Scotland and cut up on site.

The accident at Nairn's Level Crossing near Forteviot in 1982 presumably?

Cost the Scottish Region a fair chunk of its newly acquired air-con MkII stock.
