It's my understanding that there is to be a new station constructed at Manuel in light of the recent extension of services from Bo'ness.

Curious, as the area around seems to be nothing but countryside, is this new station going to be an interchange with the NR network? If so, wouldn't the fact that the two lines are on completely different levels present itself to be a slight issue?

I know little about the B&KR but I do know this:

There is to be a station at some point and in pre-Beeching days there was an interchange. It's not too far from Polmont (shudders) though.

There were actually two stations at Manuel. Manuel Low Level closed in the 30s, but Manuel High Level survived until 1967.
