Manchester to Dublin by Coach

Hi all, I have the choice of Eurobus which I believe takes you into Dublin, with a different coach or Megabus which I'm not sure about. Does Megabus drop you at Holyhead to continue as a Foot passenger.
Megabus wins hands down for price but are there extra costs when I get off the ferry.

There is an express service to the city centre for €2.50 or a regular bus 53 for €1.80 (exact fare), or €1.45 with a Leap Card (fares found using Dublin Bus Fare Calculator)

Megabus drops you off in Holyhead and you do continue as a foot passenger

If you're the first to book you can get a ticket from Manchester (or London) to Dublin for £1.50 or a return for £2.50 with Megabus.

Two people travelling together will pay a minimum of £16.50 for two singles or £32.50 two returns as only one ticket per coach per day is sold for £1. The fare then increases to £15.

As my date of travel can be almost anytime a serch for the £1 fares could be fun and rewarding. Thanks for all the info.

The £1 ticket is quite easy to get as Megabus now loads fares automatically one day at a time. Until September they were put on in huge batches of up to six months a few times a year.

16,20,22,23 November and 7,8,9 December are all currently available Manchester to Dublin for £1. I can only find Dublin to Manchester @ £1 for 22 November. 10 December should be available tomorrow and so on.

If somebody books a ticket from London to Manchester or Manchester to London on one of these services the £1 seat from Manchester to Dublin or Dublin to Manchester will disappear.

It is very satisfying to get your travel for next to nothing !
