Manchester Picadilly Runing Around

Hi,
While at MAnchester Picadilly last Saturday i started to wonder, are the points located at some of the bay platforms still servicable, i know they havent been used for a long time but could a railtour use them if needed or have they been locked shut?

as far as I know they are still servicable, they were used a couple pf years ago (from what I saw) and obviously they may have been used since, as far as I know they are still 100% in use
