Google has a online spreadsheet editor with very similar functionality to Excel. You could import an Excel file into the editor if you wish. If you save it online you can choose to share it via a link - anyone who clicks that link will open up the spreadsheet even if they do not have an account. It's a rather nice way to share tables and I've seen it used often on other forums.

I had a go at setting up a Google login but it insisted on me replying to what seemed like 4 million progressively intrusive questions, so I'm afraid I gave up. I may try again when I'm less knackered.
