Major WCML Disruption - 7/12/22

Seems like all hell is breaking loose on the WCML today, no trains have been in or out of Euston for atleast an hour, AWC advising to travel tomorrow, various point failures, OHLE down, and a fatality at Watford

Looks like passengers on the stick train (not sure what service) were evacuated onto the track and walked a fair way to Euston

I'm booked on the Sleeper to Fort William tonight.

Starting to get a bit nervous now!

It all began to hit the fan when we ground to a Halt at Rugeley this morning on 1M16 due to a failed freight on the Up Fast. There was quite an impressive light show coming from the 92's pantograph throughout both the night and the morning.
