Anyone know the headcode of the freight involved?
Seems southbound trains using the bidirectional facility to bypass the affected line. Just watched on the signal map 9M42 2057 Newcastle to Liverpool Lime Street Transpennine Express being routed over the points just before Durham station to call at platform 2, rather than platform 1, then travelling south on the northbound line as far as Tursdale Junction to then cross over to the southbound line again by the looks of things.

Interesting - the southbound services using the bi-directional signalling on the northbound line don't show on RTT.
Weird! I’ve just loaded traksy (https://traksy.uk/live/M+2+SLATEFD/M+1+JORDANH+-12/M+24+SNDRLND+-1) and doesn’t show. The one linked in my previous post is probably my favourite.
The Transpennine Service is now back on the southbound line so may show again.

It’s been an awful few days for the ECML, with this and the points/signalling issues between York and Thirsk over the weekend.

Unfortunately there is no public industry data on every signalling berth, so track maps either use insider sources or more often guesswork. As wrong direction moves aren't common the associated berths won't be used often, so might not appear in maps depending on the author. You can't add a berth on if you don't even know it exists, let alone work out where it's supposed to be located! (i.e. not the berth wasn't used over during whatever period the berth data from Network Rail was being tracked to make the map for that area).
But there is a public data set for the berths covering station platforms, so platforms are better covered than junctions / other locations / plain line for unusual movements. This is why RTT doesn't have an issue with the detecting the wrong direction platform alteration, even if it's very uncommon.
Hopefully this explains why things appear in some places and not others.
