Major disruption coastway west 24-12

The service along the coastway between Chichester and Portsmouth has been obliterated tonight due to a major signalling systems failure with all lines blocked. It sounds very serious indeed. Is this area controlled by Three Bridges as this sounds as bad as the failure at Eastbourne recently which decimated an evening peak.

The GWR service was stuck at Barnham around three hours before running all stations to Fratton with West Country passengers needing taxis
