I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight as to the general day to day work load of being a Maintenance Support team member? From what I can gather it is mainly assisting with the engineering department to maintain trains, preparing them and cleaning duties, but I just wanted to be certain.

I take it there's not many maintenance guys on this forum then? I only want to get a good start (if offered an interview) to answer their question thoroughly as to what I know about the job. It is good to show research into a role and the company in general before applying.
