I noticed that there is a new coach service running from Glasgow to Edinburgh via Harthill on an hourly service branded as the 'M8 City Xpress.'

Any idea as to who is running the new service?

Apparently they have low cost fares as well, but I'm struggling to find out any info at all regarding it...

Is it not Bruces Coaches, using their ex Nat Ex Levantes?

Bruce's of Salsburgh runs the service using Caetano Levantes.

Bruce's, as has already been said. It's their way at hitting back at Citylink for screwing them over on the winter timetable (basically Bruce's were a major part of the Citylink summer timetable, and expected to have some work over winter, but were given none.)

Citylink are hitting back by route branding vehicles for the 900 service.

I wish them well, but have a feeling Stagecoach will (via Citylink) crush them, as it tends to do with small competitors.
