Is there one app which allows me to buy a m tickets across Network companies

As an example, Birmingham New street and Ipswich are shown in the Network Rail website as stations accept8ng m tickets.

But I can't find an app which allows me to buy a m tickets from Ipswich to Birmingham New street .

I have tried various app and it seems you can only use m tickets if it stays within the providers app

Does Trainline's app not do it?

The current shambolic mTicket method of using apps are on the way out anyway as I understand it, as they are being replaced by a barcode system.

The trainline app does indeed allow you to buy e tickets and m tickets for all operators. It’s why I use it, it’s handy to have them all in one app (plus buying on the day results in no booking fee). I don’t know of any other apps out there that support all the TOCs?

Just because the two stations are enabled doesn't mean ticket flows between the two are. The VTEC site will sell you a ticket for any enabled flow, I've just verified that Hexham to Carlisle is available. Everywhere that VTEC prices and doesn't involve a cross London journey should be available as an m-Ticket.

Are you looking at trains via London? The app I tried it with offered "not via London" tickets but not "any permitted" ones.

Nothing with a cross London journey should be available as a m-Ticket

Not a minute too soon, either.

But in the meantime, any M-ticket app should be compatible with any TOC that sells them, it's a single standard.
