m tickets multiple operators

I currently use the Arriva trains wales app to buy m tickets which is great as no more having to find a guard or getting frustrated when TVM does not work, however I’m surprised I cannot use this to buy a ticket on multiple TOC’s, for example I can get an m ticket from frodsham to Warrington and a separate one from WBQ to Preston but not a single one.

Does anyone know of an app that will allow this? I’m hoping it will be available very soon.

M tickets are not available for all journeys yet. I tried both the cross-country and transpennine express app and it appears you'll have to use the tvm or buy from the guard as appropriate for that journey. I also just tried the atw app and it appears atw use a non standard format for m tickets as it says its the only way of getting them. I thought m tickets were standardised but it appears atw have opted their own way of doing things. Atoc should really put a stop to this.
