Have there ever been any railtours in days of yore that actually visited this depot?

Never heard of it before now.
The only Beswick I was aware of is Beswick LC between Driffield and Beverley on the Hull - Scarborough line.

Have just been studying a map (online) dated 1891. Was Beswick Goods Stations former location somewhere close to where the current Ethiad Stadium is situated? Obviously that area of Manchester has changed almost beyond recognition.

Is this the yard which is now the Piccadilly Trading Estate, accessed by a branch from Ashburys? The Beswick area today is between the Etihad and Ashburys station.

It seems the branch to the goods depot deviated from the Ashburys to Phillips Park line from the direction of Ashburys. So perhaps the depot was situated somewhere in the area between what was Bradford Road Gas Works and what is now the Ethiad? Just to add, that would be to the east of the line.

These images are indeed that of the depot that this thread queried, but my main query was if any railtours had ever visited it, in days of yore.
