LU Engineering Apprenticeship

Good Morning everyone!

I applied to the London Underground Engineering Apprenticeship back in March this year and since then I've been waiting to know if I've been accepted or not into the scheme.
Since the scheme was due to start in September as far as I know and the enrolment for the next year in my college is about to start for second year students, I need to decide either I stay in college in Portugal or cancel my enrolment and prepare to move to London.

Does anyone know when are the results expected to be released?


Excluding training in site, which can be held at any point in the London Underground network, the scheme will have hours of training in a training facility and college.

Would anyone care to tell where will be the training be based at, so that I can search for housing in advance?

The LUL training site is next to Acton Town station and potential placements if you're on fleet are any BCV or SSL depot; Ealing Common, Hammersmith, Barking, Upminster, Stonebridge Park / London Road, Neasden, Ruislip, Hainault, Northumberland Park...

No idea where the colleges are though...

Acton Town... that's unexpected. If I have to pay for the monthly pass, Lewisham, were I had a targeted home near Forest Hill Overground station, would be out of question since to avoid zone 1.

They haven't also answered my e-mail since February so I'm starting to get nervous.
