I note that the train does not stop at Wolves or New Street on the return.

Are there taxis at Tame Bridge Parkway? Any idea how much to get back to New Street (my hotel is just round the corner). Or would it be better to stay on to Birmingham International and get a taxi from there?

Any ideas would be appreciated - thanks.

There is a service train from Tame Bridge to New Street at 23:16, which looks as though it could have been made for the job. Even if the tour is running late there's another one at 23:47.

The last service train from Internatonal to New Street is at 23:47, so really you've plenty of cheaper options than taxis :)

Interesting that it goes via Carmyle to Shotts. Good for riding the Gorbals line.
