Found these on Open Train Times, what are they and when do they see trains?

Location
Near where the 3 ridings meet
Clue in the name.
Sidings for the use of the Civil Engineer.

In reality if still open for use they may get used as a stabling point for items like Tampers.
Probably not a lot more.

Any engineering work on the East Suffolk line that needs trains - they will come from Whitemoor and usually use these sidings to reverse and wait their path down to the site of work.
