Lothian Buses - Invitation to interview

Hi all, looking for some advice. I've been invited to an interview day with Lothian Buses and was wondering what to expect and what sort of things I should prepare for. There's going to be a Trainability Psychometric test and a scenario based interview. I'm assuming this is standard for most bus companies, so if anyone has any tips not specific to Lothian I'd be greatful to hear thoe as well.
