Do we know if it was a test run or not? I seem to recall seeing them on Thames Trains Express ('TTE') services at Swindon forming Bristol services at one point.

I've got a inkling it's a fix, dunno why, but AFAIK, I don't recall seeing any reports in the past of a Turbo coming down this way, & we haven't had any events that would warrant a visit by a Turbo. Mmmm... :???:

The Turbo was down here on test!

After the units were delivered it was decided to test them over the South Devon Banks, and the turbo spent the day working between Newton Abbot and Totnes.
