Lost property on TFL

A long shot this, I think. I left a couple of items of sentimental value to myself - not worth much to anyone else - on an Elizabeth Line train last Thursday. I've filled in the online form for TFL lost property and have fingers crossed. Is there anything else anyone can think I could do to increase the chances of getting my property back?

The situation is clearly my fault, but I'm desparate to do all I can.

I tried on the day but was told to use the online form. If it would be worth doing so I'd definitely try but not sure who to approach or how!
