Lost property on Avanti

A friend of mine (no it genuinely is) thinks he left his tablet on an Avani train from Euston to Penrith. As the train terminated at Glasgow Central, I assume that it's the lost property office there he needs to contact. I was wondering how he goes about contacting them? I have told him that he will likely have to pay a fee to get it returned.

Annoyingly he didn't have the last known location switched on so he can't find it that way.
