Lost Property Cash at Ashford Int

On southeastern I recently lost my bag but luckily got it back from Lost Property at Ashford Int. There was some loose cash in the bag too which SE took and left a Money Found form inside the bag but it's not clear from the form how to go about getting it back. At the bottom it says "to be sent to PRAC in document bag".

Any advice would be appreciated.

Just wondered if someone here might know as I'm aware SW trains refund at the ticket office.

Take it to a Southeastern ticket office. They should be able to pay out the money in exchange for the form, but if they can't for some reason, they should be able to inform you of how to get it back.

Sorted it - I had to go back to Ashford ticket office and get the refund there.
