LOROL Line Manager Interview

It's been many a year since I sat a line manager interview have they changed at all with the new assessment process? I have mine this Monday with LOROL. As far as I can remember from my own with my TOC when I started as a Guard it wasn't a high pressure interview, I was asked what know about the role, the company and shift work etc etc.

Anyone sat a line manager interview recently?

yeah it was for a signal role. they just asked what i know about the role and then 8 questions based on situations that involved their 8 core non tech skills then asked me if i had any questions and that was it. not much preassure at all.
